GENERAL CONDITION
RATE/COST-is quoted to include all expenses ; Vehicle, guide, Air
fee, accommodation on full board base, camping equipments, GVT tax,
entrance fee, BOTTLED WATER, porter , boat, and excludes alcoholic
drinks, postal and related fee, laundry and other personal nature
expenses. But should be verified and specified during agreement with
written valid document.
ACCOMMODATION
will be made on shared room [double bed] base booking .
TRANSPORTATION
HOST ETHIOPIA TOUR offers for Addis historic north and Harrar
high bus, coaster Bus , and mini-van based on the interest and number
of clients. 4WD Toyota Land cruiser or Nissan [4x4] based on models
will be offer for Omo Valley, Danakil Depression and other remote
area.
GUIDE – based on the type and interest of visitors; ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, SPANISH ,ITALIAN and bird guides will be assign.
LIABILITY
HOST ETHIOPIA TOUR and its agent acts only as agents of passengers in
all matters of tour related services and shall not be liable in
injury, flight schedule change like delay of loss, damage from any
cause. Host Ethiopia tour liability to passengers with their own
vehicle is governed by the law of Ethiopia and all claims are
subjected to the jurisdiction of the court. Our vehicles are comprehensively insured. Whilst every care is taken, we cannot be responsible for the loss or
damage baggage.
PAYMENT
shall be conditioned upon written documents and at normal condition
the following rule shall be apply.
A - Twenty five percent [25%] should be paid to assure guarantee the
package upon confirmation and to make advance payments for service
rendering sectors.
B - Fifty percent [50%] of the cost should be paid 2monthes prior to
the commencement of the tour
C -Twenty five percent [25%] of the cost should be paid 1month the
commencement of the tour
D - If complete payment has not been made before the commencement of any
, our company is not obliged to conduct the tour or for any
inconveniency the service will not be responsible unless agreement has
been made before hand.
CANCELLATION
A - if booking cancelled 1month before the commencement of the tour, we
will charge 25% of the tour cost to pay cancellation fee for other
reservation made on behave of clients.
B - if booking cancelled 15days before the commencement of the tour, we
will charge 50% of the cost.
C - For any cancellation in less than 2weeks no refund will be made.
